摘要
从知识创新的角度分析了学术交流的功能和作用 ,就学术交流的效益问题进行了探讨 ,并对建立新型的学术交流制度。
The author analyzes functions and roles of academisexchanges from the perspective of bringing forth new ideas in knowledge,probes into the long term and short te rm interests of academic exchanges and puts foeward some advice for establishing new type syyystem of ac ademic exchanges,forming a favorable academic atmosph ere and strengthening the organizing of academic exchanges.
