摘要
本文针对电信企业运营成本预算中存在的问题,运用作业基础预算法(ABB)和"委托-代理"理论,提供了一套适合于电信企业运营成本预算管理的方法。
ABB(activity based budget )and agent theory are presented in this article to provide a solution to the agent problem in telecom cost budget management.
