摘要
本文将贿选分为间接选举中向代表行贿、直接选举中购买选票以及直接选举中给所有选民带来直接物质利益三类,分析了这三类行为的社会危害性,并针对其危害性提出了法律对策。
This article divides the election through bribery into three kinds , including bribing the representatives in indirect election , buying the ballots in direct election , and bringing material benefits to voters in direct election . The author analyses the social harmfulness of the three kinds of behavior in detail, and puts forward the legal countermeasure against its harmfulness.
