摘要
加强社会主义法制建设 ,完善立法工作 ,建立健全权力监督与制约机制 ,开展法制教育 ,加强政法干部队伍建设是邓小平法制思想理论的重要内容。它对于我国加强社会主义法制建没 ,依法治国具有重要的指导作用。
The important contents of Deng Xiaoping's thought and theory of legal system include strengthening construction of socialist legal system,improving the work of legislationi,building supervisiion of power and restricted system,developing education of legal system and reinforcing team's coustruction of administrative and political staff,which may possess important function of guide for strengthening construction of socialist legal system and governing the country by the rule of law.
