摘要
法育就是对特定主体进行法律方面的教育 ,以期培养一种法治自觉性。因此 ,当代中国大学生法育应注重法治精神的培养。
Legal education refers to educating a certain group in the term of law, so as to form a sort of self-awareness of the rule by law. With analysis of legal education and especially legal education in Chinese colleges, the author puts forward the idea that Chinese legal education should keep pace with the times and put emphases on cultivating the spirit of the rule by law. At the same time,it is important to integrate moral education into legal education.
