摘要
“择校”政策的出台是美国社会各界面对公立学校教育危机所进行的教育改革。文章将家庭学校纳入这项改革之中 ,从而更加系统地分析了这个改革产生的过程、内容和效果 ,目的是勾画出清晰、全面的美国择校教育改革图景。
School choice is best known as the comparatively effective reform of American educational system, but in China, corresponding researches on school choice often neglect the home-schooling opinion. Such overlook goes against the reality of school choice and has negative impacts on the research in school choice and the whole study of American education. For this reason, the paper here brings home-schooling into the framework of school choice and discusses it and other educational alternatives (Charter School, Private School and Magnet School) in the new framework.
