建设中国特色的企业文化,需要从理论和实践两方面来把握中国企业文化的发展方向,加强企业文化的研究,提出中国特色的企业文化理论,在实践中加强企业文化的科学理论指导,使中国企业文化的发展适应于改革开放的需要,适应于中国现代化进程的要求。
