On Forbidding to Swindle and Sell Human Beings of Song Dynasty

略卖人口是一种古老的犯罪行为。到了宋代,这一犯罪行为则更为猖獗, 不仅使受害人遭受各种磨难和痛苦,使受害家庭亲人离散、骨肉分离,而且影响了宋代社会的稳定。宋政府针对这一犯罪行为制定法律,颁布勅令、诏书进行严厉打击，并以法律的形式规定了对被解救人员的安置工作。

The number of the criminials became larger, they cheated and pillaged person aii over the country and even oversea. The Song government published laws、imperial orders and instructions to prohibit this ceime, and stipulated the legal ways to arrange for redeemed persons.
