摘要
探讨了继续教育的一个问题———提高教师的创新素养问题:界定教师的创新素养,指出提高教师的创新素养要从培养教师的创新精神和创新意识、努力提高教师的创新能力开始。而要做到这一点,教师学一点创造学是很有必要的。
The paper focuses on the issues of promoting teachers' innovation quality, which is one of the components in continous education. It defines teachers' innovation, and points that teachers' ability in innovation has to be established on the basis of fostering teachers' spirit and awareness of innovation. It is necessary for teachers to learn something about the science of creation.
