浅谈“四个二”工程在高校团的基础建设中的作用

On the Function of “Four Kinds of Two Activities” Project in Communist Youth League's Foundational Construction in Institutions of Higher Learning

信息时代、经济发展对青年一代的人生观、世界观、思维方式产生了强烈的冲击 ,高校共青团基础建设 ,应着眼于在新时期如何对共青团团员进行思想教育 ,如何推进团员综合素质的提高 ,如何更有利于青年团员的成长 ,为此 ,我们提出了高校共青团基础建设的“四个二”工程 (加强两个建设、强化两个意识、办好两个活动、普及两首歌曲 )

Information and economic developments have been impacting the youth's philosophy, worldview and thinking mode. The Communist Youth League's foundational construction in institutions of higher learning should aim at how to process the moral education in the new period, how to promote the general quality construction among the youth, and how to serve the growth of young league members. We therefor put forward “Four Kinds of Two Activities” Project, that is. Strengthening mental and physical civilization constructions, intensifying two kinds of consciousness, well managing two activities and popularizing two songs, in an attempt to achieve the enlightening effects.
