弘扬和培育民族精神与全面建设小康社会关系研究

民族精神是由民族认知、情感、意志、价值观和凝聚力五个要素组成的有机系统 ,它对全面小康社会建设发挥着精神动力、人心凝聚、方向保证、开拓创新的功能。但是 ,民族精神遭遇着来自经济全球化和市场经济的双重挑战而削弱了其功能。为此 ,我们应该通过寻求中华民族精神结构与小康社会结构的契合、实现民族精神的现代化转换、拓展民族精神的领域和功能这三大途径及其相应的机制 ,培育与时俱进的民族精神 ,进而为民族精神促进全面小康社会建设提供理论借鉴 。

Standing the background of building of Moderate Wealth Society in all rounded Way, The paper elaborates deeply the dialectical relationship between national spirit and Building of Moderate Wealth Society in all rounded Way. For the first,The paper puts forward that national spirit is a organic system including national cognition, sentiments, will, value view and cohesive force.National spirit has great functions of spirit motive force, popular feeling cohesion, direction pledge and opening up to Moderate Wealth Society. But national spirit faces double challenges from economy global and market economy,It's faction has been slowed down.Therefore,we must cultive modern national spirit,There are three ways and mechanisms,These are connections of Chinese national spirit structure and Moderate Wealth Society structure, the modern transform of national spirit, enlarging the area and function of national spirit. So these ways and mechanisms can provide theory use for reference in order to promote Moderate Wealth Society. In the end,the paper analyses a case of “Shen Bo spirit ”,which forms the practice of Shanghai' applying for international fair. From this case,This paper sums up the rule of the national spirit forming and giving play to factions.
