利用经典的Kloostermann和估计、三角和估计及其解析方法研究了DirichletL─函数的二次加权均值分布,给出一个有趣的二次加权均值分布的渐近公式.

: The main purpose of this paper is using the classical estimayion of Kloostermann sum, the estimation of trigonometric sum and the analytic method to study the second power mean of Dirichlet L-functions with the weight of general Kloostermann sums, and give an interesting mean value formula.
