辣椒青枯病拮抗细菌的筛选及其鉴定 被引量:11

摘要 从河南扶沟、江苏南京和淮阴等地的辣椒、番茄和黄瓜植物根围土壤中分离到100个细菌菌株.采用抑菌圈-定殖力双重测定法,筛选出5株终定植密度大于104cfu/g根、抑菌能力较强的细菌菌株;并对5个生物防治菌进行了生理生化测定.结果表明,5个生物防治菌分别属芽孢杆菌属、沙雷氏菌属、假单孢菌属和肠杆菌属. One hundred bacterial isolates were obstained from the rhiszosphere of pepper,tomato and cucumber in vegtable-field soil of Nanjing and Huaiyin of Jiangsu Province and Fugou County of Henan Province from 2000 to 2001.From the isolates 5 strains with obvious inhibiting activity to pathogens and the root-colonizing density are higher than 10^(4)cfu/g root were screened as the biocontrol microbes by using the method of the inhibiting zones combined with root-colonizing capacity of the five isolates. The five biocontrol bacterial strains were identified according to the morphological ,physiological and biochemical characterestics. The identification result showed that R_(1), F_(3,)J_(1,)G_(6)and R_(6)were Baccilus sp.,Serratia sp., Pseudomonas sp.,_( ) Enterobacter sp., Erwinia sp.respectively.
