Any kind of social psychological state interacts with the social development state. With further advancement of the social transformation of the contemporary China, the public has some psychological problems of different degrees from different aspects, such as: values, psychological adaptation to the society, interpersonal relationship and orientation of social rules etc. The main and important solutions to solving those problems are to take social psychology on strengthening the public education as guide to convert their psychology mechanism, to renew social framework to mold modern personality and to notice the human relationship and human nature in management.
