氢化物发生原子荧光法同时测定丹参中痕量砷和锑 被引量:13

摘要 采用L -半胱氨酸做预还原剂 ,建立了氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定丹参中砷、锑含量的方法 .研究了酸度、硼氢化钾浓度、L -半胱氨酸浓度等条件对原子荧光强度的影响 .结果表明 ,在最佳工作条件下 ,砷、锑检出限分别为 0 .0 9μg/L和 0 .0 3μg/L ;在取样量为 1.0 0 0 g时 ,砷、锑的检出限分别为 1.13ng/g和0 .38ng/g .本方法操作简单、灵敏度高、分析速度快 ,适用于植物药材及其制剂中痕量砷。 A new method was proposed for the determination of trace arsenic and antimony in root of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry with L-cysteine as a pre-reductant. The effects of some conditions, such as acidity, KBH_4 concentration and L-cysteine concentration on sensitivity were investigated and optimized. Simple operation, high sensitivity and high speed are the advantages of the proposed method. The detection limits are 0.09 μg/L for As, 0.03 μg/L for Sb. When the sample was (1.000) g, the detection limits are 1.13 ng/g , 0.38 ng/g for As and Sb,respectively.
