笔者通过5种配方随机区组栽培刺芹侧耳,共5次重复,经方差分析,确定了E为最佳配方,这给中国平原大田产区栽培刺芹侧耳,选择栽培料提供了科学的依据。
Author cultivates Pleurotus eryngii by using five types prescription of media(A .B .C .D .E), complete random odds test design , five treatments and five repeats. Author ensured that E prescription is the best of five types prescription of cultural media(A .B .C .D .E)by square odds-analyse. This provide scientific basic of choice cultural media that people cultivates Pleurotus eryngii in plain in our country.
