摘要
笔者文介绍有机农业和有机食品概念、原理,食品质量和安全及其相关规则;针对影响食品质量安全的化学风险、微生物风险和与有机食品有关的特殊的食品质量和安全性问题进行探讨,进一步明确有机食品对食品安全的重要促进作用。
This paper overviewed the concept, principle and status of organic food ; discussed the specific food quality and safety issues related to organic food of chemical hazards, microbiological hazards specially and other aspects of organic food quality and the relationship of organic food and food safety.
