Cu对印度芥菜根中POD和SOD同工酶的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用水培法研究了过量Cu处理对印度芥菜(Brasscia juncea L.)根中愈创木酚过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)同工酶的影响。结果表明,4和8μmol/L Cu处理4d可诱导根中SOD和POD同工酶种类和数量的增加。
