A new analytic teaching method of electrocardiography based on a three-dimensionally located and grouped leads system

为解决心电图教与学两难问题，依据心电球面电场和心电向量理论，创建以定位分组新导联体系为基础的心电图解析教学新方法。心电除极过程简化为心电主除极(主向量)的空间及时序分析的四维分析新模式，可直观快速分析较复杂抽象的心电波形，具有突出的易演示讲解的可操作性。简化了学习记忆过程，能明显提高心电图教学效果及临床快速诊断能力，有助于建立全新模式的心电图解析讲解多媒体课件。

To solve the problem that the electrocardiographic waveform and its theoretic mechanism is too complex for teaching,studying,and analyzing,we recommend a new electrocardiography (ECG) teaching method based on a located and grouped electrocardiographic leads system,and also on a simplified main myocardial depolarization vector analysis. The analytic teaching method is established according to the theory that myocardial electric field is a kind of spherical surface in shape and the core theory of cardiac vectorgraphy. The fundamental point of the method is application of graphic leads grouping (three-dimension in space) and simplified depolarization vector sequence (time-dimension) analysis in four-dimension mode. It is easy to understand and memorize for learners,and also it is simple to teach,explain and analyze ECG for the medical students or clinical learners who are not from cardiovascular department. It has shown obvious effects of the ECG practice teaching in clinical diagnostics teaching program for the undergraduates who are candidates for the master's degree. As the new analytic teaching method of ECG with a good operability for teachers,it is valuable to recommend the teaching technique in directing theoretic prelection and teaching on ECG analysis practice. Furthermore,it should be of benefit to teachers in designing a new pattern of multimedia courseware for ECG teaching.
