立弯型连铸机与连铸坯的质量研究

立弯型连铸机的直结晶器及二冷区的直立段为钢水凝固及带液芯的铸坯凝固提供了一个全方位对称的冷却环境,是保证结晶器及二冷段同高度铸坯的热流密度均匀的根本条件,是浇铸高质量铸坯的重要基础。立弯型连铸机使铸坯的重力最大限度地替代拉矫机的拉力,改变了铸坯的受力状态,减少铸坯承受的外力(拉坯力),对提高连铸坯的质量有着重要的作用。

In a vertical-bending caster,the straight mould and the straight segments of secondarycooling section can provide and good symmetrical cooling environment for solidification of liquid steel andstrand with liquid core,and also is a fundamental condition to ensure the mould and secondary coolingsection with a same level uniform heat flux.It is also an important basis to cast high quality products.Thegravity from the vertical-bending caster can replace the withdrawing force from the withdraw machine aspossible and then change the forced condition and reduce the outer force(withdrawing force)to slab.Therefore,the slab quality can be improved.
