牛腔前卵泡的机械分离与采集 被引量：3

摘要 本实验建立了皮肤移植刀切割、剪碎、分级过筛的牛卵巢腔前卵泡体外分离技术 ,分离出了在直径 6 0～180 μm的不同大小的腔前卵泡 ,提高了腔前卵泡的回收效率 [5 7.2 3± 10 .2 1(个 /h) ,n =2 0 ]。
