摘要
采用均匀实验设计方法进行了锌铁压铸件无氰电镀黄铜工艺条件实验.以均匀设计表U13(1312)安排试验,得出最佳工艺条件为:温度27℃;电流密度2A/dm2;时间4min;电镀活性剂的用量1g/L.在该条件下制得的电镀膜均匀、耐蚀性能好.
The zinc iron die-castings,a new technology material,is used in many fields.The surface of zinc iron die-castings is eclipsed easily.In order to resist corrosion, brass electroplating is usually applied.During electroplating of zinc iron die cast,the plating film is affected by many factors.With the application of U_(13)(13^(12)) homogeneous design in the experiment, the best result is obtained:temperature 27 ℃, electric current density 2 A/ dm^(2), time 4 min, electroplating activate material 1 g/L.
