叙述了 2 0 0 3年全国冶金矿山的生产经营情况及 2 0 0 4年冶金矿山行业所面临的形势 ,围绕抓住机遇 ,采取综合措施 ,努力提高资源利用效率 ,增加有效供给能力等方面 ,提出了应重视的几项工作。
The status of operation of China's metallurgical mines in 2003 is reviewed and the situation mines face in 2004 is described.Some important issues in respect of seizing opportunities and taking new measures to raise mineral resource utilization efficiency and ore supply capability are described.
