纳米微孔氧化硅玻璃在与Nd^(3+)-ZBLAN复合过程中的失透(英文)

Devitrification of nanoscale porous silica glasses in the composite pro cess with Nd^(3+)-ZBLAN

摘要 在将玻璃片置于Nd3+-ZBLAN熔体中对微孔灌注复合时,纳米微孔氧化硅玻璃片中部发生失透,失透部分出现50-100μm晶态鳞片,而鳞片中仍然存在纳米微孔。复合层仍处于非晶态。氧化硅被孔中氢氧化钠腐蚀形成晶籽,而孔中的高气压有助于结晶的发展。 Devitrification was observed in th e central portion of the nanoscale porous silica glasses which were sunk in Nd 3+ -ZBLAN melt for filling in it' s surface layer with Nd 3+ -ZBLAN.The devitrified area has crystallization slices in t he size of 50-100μm with nanoscale pores and channels r emain in the fish scale -like appearance.The com posite layers remain amorphous.Silica etching by sodium hydroxide in the pores is considered to initiate the seeds of crystallization and th e high pressure in the pores may facilitate the development of crystallization.
