淡剑纹灰翅夜蛾存活发育与繁殖力的初步研究

Preliminary Studies on the Survival and ReproductiveCapacity of Spodoptera depravata

于6月中旬至7月下旬在室内常温条件下,研究淡剑纹灰翅夜蛾的发育历期,组建并分析实验种群生命表,估算常温条件下实验种群增长参数。结果表明:该虫在常温条件下的世代存活率为48 31%,世代净生殖率为36 0575,世代平均周期为38 3279d,内禀增长率为0 0935,周限增长率为1 0980,种群加倍时间为7 4133d。

Spodoptera depravata is a new insect pest that damages lawns in our country. Its developmental durations occurred in mid-June to late July under natural temperature at culture box were studied and experimental population life table under nature temperature in laboratory was constructed. The results showed that the survival rate was 46.61%. Some parameters were obtained as follows: Generation survival rate was 48.31%. R_0 =36.057 5, T =38.327 9 d, r_m =0.093 5, λ =1.098 0, d_t =7.413 3 d. R_0, T, r_m, λ, d_t were net reproductive rate, mean duration of a generation, innate capacity for increase, finite rate of increase and double time for population, respectively.
