Research on Constructing and Improving Old-age Insurance System in the Countryside of China

增加农民收入和提高他们对社会保险的认识水平是建立和健全中国农村养老保险制度的重要条件 ;然而关键还在于观念更新、政府支持和制度改革———即制定农村养老保险法 。

Increasing farmer's income and raising the level of their understanding of social insurance are important factors for constructing and improving the old-age insurance system in the countryside of China However, the key to the settlement of the question lies in renewal of sense, government support and system reform, i e making a law of the old-age insurance in the countryside, defining duty of the government, establishing a fund management model according with the actual situation of China
