关于高校人事管理制度改革的几点思考

随着中国的对外开放 ,包括文化、教育在内的整个思想观念系统也正在全面开放 ,全面改革。高等教育的改革 ,其中的重要问题之一是人事管理制度的改革。把人事管理制度改革确立为高校整体改革的重要环节 ,充分体现了尊重知识。

With the futher carrying-out of China's reform an d open-out policy,there is alse a comprehensive development and reform in the wh ole ideology system,including cultural and educational ideolgies.One of the key in higher education reform is the reform in Personnel Management System. Therefo re,attribating the reform in Personnel Management System as the key step in the whole process of overal higher education reform fully demonstrates our higher ed ucation management ideology of “respect knowledge and talents”.
