The Behavior Transformation of Teachers' Classroom Instruction During the Course of Innovational Education

在新课程的环境下 ,教师要进行教育创新 ,就必须在课堂教学中处理好传授知识与培养能力的关系 ,处理好师生互动的关系 ,处理好结论性目标与体验性目标的关系 ,处理好信息技术与学科整合的关系 ,促进课堂教学行为发生应有的转变 。

To carry out innovational education in the new c ourse environment, teachers should conduct properly the following relationship: the relationship between knowledge Passed on and abilities cultivated, the teach er-student mutual aid and cooperation relationship, the relationship between con clusive target and experiential target, the relationship between information tec hnology and subjects combination. They must enhance the transformation of classr oom teaching so as to conform to the requirements of modern education.
