摘要
对20例女性精神分裂症患者进行ECT-1前30分钟与后5、15、30和60分钟的血清催乳素(PRL)水平测定,其中10例做了ECT-6的复查。结果,ECT-1后PRL水平迅速显著升高,15分钟达最高峰。提示ECT具有急性抗多巴胺和神经阻滞剂样作用。ECT-6前的PRL基础水平较ECT-1前显著升高,ECT-6后PRL的释放较ECT-1显著下降,表明在多次ECT后异常的多巴胺代谢得到了纠正。
Serum prolactin (PRL) levels were determined in 20 of schizophrenic females 30 min before and 5, 15, 30 and 60 min after the first electroconvulsive therapy (ECT-1). The levels of PRL in 10 of the 20 patients were reexamined before and after the sixth electroconvulsive therapy (ECT-6). There was a rapid increase in serum PRL and the mean maximum level was obtained at 15 min after ECT-1. It was indicated that ECT had an acute anti-dopaminergic, neuro-leptic-like action. Baseline PRL level was significantly higher before ECT-6 than before ECT-1, but PRL release,was significantly lower after ECT-6 than ECT-1. It seems to indicate that the abnormal dopamine matabclism is normalized after a series of ECT.
