摘要
公共交通导向式土地开发(TOD-TransitOrientedDevelopment)是对土地利用与交通结合的分析方法最好的诠释,是国外推崇可持续性城市发展的主要实施方法。本文介绍了TOD的产生背景、概念、潜在利益和其他相关内容,以及TOD目前发展的状况。从而说明这种模式对我国城市规划和交通规划有着十分重要的借鉴意义。
Transit-Oriented Development is the best an-notation about how to integrate landuse and transport,which is the important method to make city sustainable.The article begins with the definition of TOD, the evo-lution the concept and potential benefits of TOD, whichis followed by the review of the status of implementa-tion in the world, and use for reference for urban plan-ning and transport planning.
