老年人高血压脑出血立体定向手术

Stereotaxic operation on the old patients with hypertensive intracerebral hematomas.

作者应用CT引导立体定向手术清除高血压脑内血肿50例,其中65岁以上老年人12例。与同期手术的38例中青年组进行比较:手术死亡率两组无显著性差异;但术后并发症和术后CT检查脑室扩大,老年组多于中青年组,二者差异显著。作者认为采用本手术方法简便安全,创伤小,适合年老体弱病人。本文并对老年人脑出血的手术时机、生理特点、手术效果估价、手术操作方法等进行了探讨。

Fifty cases of hypertensive intracerebral hemotoma were operated with the CT-guided stereotactic technique recently.Among them,12 cases were over 65 years old.Compared with the other 38 younger patients,the mortality caused by operation in the old patient group increased insignificantly but the ratios of the post-operative complications and the ventricular enlargement showed by CT increased significantly.It was indicated that the CT-guided stereotaxic operation on hypertensive intracerebral hematoma is simple and safe and is suitable for the old patients.
