The author who has long-term teaching experience analyzes the applications of
indicative words in two parts. The applications of indicative words include scene indications
and contextual indications. The detailed analysis on scene indications is the foundation of the
discussions focusing on contextual indications. The conclusion is that kosoa are mainly used
as scene indications, and contextual indications are the extensions of those indicative words.
According to the different mood or willing of the speaker, both scene indications and
contextual indications are changeable in practice.
