社会心理干预的家庭治疗与精神分裂症的康复

Family therapy of social psycologic intervention and rehabilitation of schizophrenia.

本文采用社会心理干预(SPI)的家庭治疗方法对出院的精神分裂症病人进行康复治疗。结果表明:SPI家庭治疗对病员恢复社会功能、改善与家庭成员间的关系,防止精神分裂症复发等方面有显著的效果。与对照组相比,治疗组社会功能的恢复显著。SDSS评分和复发情况二组间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。文中对社区普遍开展SPI家庭治疗的可行性进行了探讨。

Family therapy of social psychologic intervention (SPI) was used for the rehabilitation of discharged patients with schizophrenia.It was indicated that family therapy of SPI has significant effect on the recovery of social function,improvement of relation between the patient and members of the family,and preventing relapse of schizophrenia etc.The social function of the therapeutic group recovered more remarkly than that of the control groups.There are evident deffer-ences in the SDSS score and relapse between two groups (P<0.05).The possibility of applying SPI family therapy to the community was also disscussed.
