高速弹颅脑伤冲击波远达效应的观察

Observation on the distance effect of brain injury induced by shock-wave of high velocity missile.

对9例高速弹颅脑伤致死者伤道远隔部位病理研究,发现脊髓组织有出血,灰质细胞变性、髓鞘板层结构破坏等病理损害,且病理改变程度与伤道的距离有关;心肺组织有不同程度损伤出血,认为系冲击波远达效应引起,讨论了这种损伤的特点,强调在火器性颅脑伤救治中注意治疗这类损伤的重要性。

Nine male patients were dead due to the high velocity brain missile injury.Autopsy was per-formed at once.Pathological study showed that the traumatic hemorrhage of different degree was appeared in spinal cord,lung and heart,which were induced by the shock-wave.The degree of pathological severity was related to the injury distance.The characteristics and mechanism of the injury induced by the shock-wave were also discussed.It was emphasised that it is important to treat the injury at early stage of brain missile injury
