重型颅脑伤血浆自由基水平变化及脑活素的治疗作用 被引量:7

摘要 本文对40例重型颅脑伤病人伤后7天内血浆丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性检测,同时采用脑活素治疗,观察其对自由基水平和疗效的影响。结果:MDA含量在伤后24小时内开始增高,3天达峰值,7天降为低值,但仍高于正常值。SOD活性在伤后7天内均低于正常值。脑活素治疗后,MDA含量在伤后第7天低于对照组MDA值,疗效也较对照组为佳。提示自由基水平变化对重型颅脑伤的预后有重要影响;脑活素可能通过降低自由基水平,达到治疗目的。 Forty cases of severe head injury were studied to detect the malonyldialdehyole (MDA) contentsand superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in serumwithin 7 days after injury, meanwhile, cerebrolysinwas utilized to observe its effect on free radical lev-els and clinical results. It was showed MDA con-tents began to increase within 24 hours after in-jury, and reached its peak value on the third dayafter trauma. On the senventh day, MDA contentsbegan to decrease, but they remained higher thannormal value. SOD activity was lower than normalvalue after injury. After the use of cerebrolysin,MDA contents became lower than thooe of controlson the seventh day after injury, morever, the clini-cal results were better than those of controls. Itshows that alteration of free radical level plays apivotal role in the prognesis of patients with severehead injury, and cerebrolysin is effective in thetreatment of severe head injury through loweringfree radical levels.
