摘要
领队工作是优秀运动队中协助教练员做好运动员的思想、管理和后勤保障等的不可缺少的组成部分。文章指出了领队工作的任务,性质和合格领队必须具备的素养。
The paper points out the task of the leader of a sports team is to cooperate coach on the education, management and logistic service for athletes. His job is indispensability. The paper also discusses the character and accomplishment of a team leader.
