摘要
用电化学方法制备了聚甲基红膜修饰电极,该电极对儿茶酚有明显的电催化作用,其氧化峰电位负移70mV,峰电流显著增加,儿茶酚的氧化峰电流在2 0×10-6~1 0×10-4mol/L范围内与其浓度成线性关系,该电极性能稳定,重现性好.
The preparation of electrode modified by polyalizarin membrance was described in this paper. The electrode has strong electro-catalytic effect on the oxidation of catechol.The anodic peak potential of catechol shifted negatively by 70?mV,the peak currents add notably,and it's magnitude along with the inreasement of the catechol content,.The oxidation peak current of catethol is linear with its contentration from 2.0×10^(-6)mol/L to 1.0×10^(-4)mol/L.The modified electrode showed good stability and reproducibility.
