Strengthen Moral Norm Construction Promote Talent Quality Improvement

本文从《公民道德实施纲要》教育与人才素质培养的相关性中,通过五个方面层次递进性的教育设计,运用多种教育载体、教育方法与社会实践,阐明道德规范教育的重要性,揭示出思想品德养成是合格医学人才的必备条件。全方位培养学生的自立、创新能力除了学校的教育外,还需家庭、社会的通力配合,拧成合力,才能紧跟时代的发展,培养出德才兼备的医学人才。

From the relation between education and training of talented persons in<Outline of Practice of Citizens’Morals>,through five aspects’education design of different structure levels,various methods and applications of education and social practice,this paper illustrates the impor-tance of moral education and exclaims to the public that moral qualities are the essential term of qualified medical science talented persons.Apart from the education at school,family and society should also give full cooperation to develop the independence and the creative ability of the stu-dents in various directions so as to keep close steps with times and foster virtuous medical science talented persons.
