摘要
“六·三”改制于1997年开始,2003年到位。由于当年的改制是分两批进行的,所以自今年开始的四年内,市区将出现小学毕业生数量大幅度下降、初中学校新生生源急剧减少、相当一部分教师及教学设施闲置等状况,如果不及时进行调控,将会导致初中段招生的无序竞争、教育资源浪费、影响基础教育课程改革等问题。作者认为,教育行政部门应该抓住这一机遇,因势利导,在市区义务教育阶段实施新课程改革的师资培训、教育科研、初中段的招生改革、推行小班化教学等方面进行大胆的尝试。
The“six-three”reform system began in1997,and was put in place in2003.The reform system of those years was carried on in two batches,so in the next four years beginning from this year,graduate quantity of the primary schools will drop by a large margin,the number of new students of junior middle schools will reduce sharply and quite a few of teachers and teaching facilities will be left unused.If nothing is done in time,it will bring problems such as irregular competition of junior schools' enrollment,waste of teaching materials and bad influence on the reform of courses in primary education.The paper holds administrative department should catch the chance and make the best use of the situation to have a bold try in training teachers,strengthening educational scientific research,reforming junior middle school's enrollment and pro-moting small-class teaching.
