摘要
以亚硝酸根在酸性介质中能使甲基橙褪色为基础,建立了一种测定亚硝酸根的新的光度法。该方法在室温下进行,操作方便,选择性好。该方法的线性范围为0.1~10.0μg/mL,检出限为0.08μg/mL。用于水样中亚硝酸根的测定,RSD为<5.3%,加标回收率在95%~103%之间。
A new spectrophotometic method for determination of nitrite was developed. The method was based on the fact than nitrite can fade methyl orange in acidic medium. Under ambient temperature, the method operated facilely and gave well selectivity. The linear range was 0.1~10.0μg/mL and the detection limit 0.08μg/mL. When the method was applied to direct determination of nitrite in water samples, the RSD was under 5.3%, and the recoveries were 95%~103%.
