摘要
氯丙嗪可以被三价铁氧化成最大吸收波长为524nm的有色物质。基于这一现象,将磷酸铁固相反应器引入流路,建立了流动注射在线氧化光度法快速测定盐酸氯丙嗪含量的新方法。该法盐酸氯丙嗪浓度在5×10-6~1×10-4g/mL范围内有良好的线形关系(r=0.998),检测限为1.8×10-6g/mL,采样速率为36样/小时。将该法应用于片剂和针剂药物样品中盐酸氯丙嗪含量的测定,结果满意。
A flow injection spectrophotometic method is suggested for the determination of chlorpromazine hydrochloride using a ferric phosphoric solid-phase reactor (SPR). An acidic sample solution containing chlorpromazine hydrochloride is injected into a carrier stream. As the sample passes through the SPR, it is oxidized on-line by the immobilized Fe (Ⅲ) into a color compound with the maximum absorption wavelength of 524 nm. The linear calibration curve is found to be 5×10^(-6)~1×10^(-4)g/mL and the detection limit is 1.8×10^(-6)g/mL of chlorpromazine hydrochloride. A relative standard deviation of 1.78% for determining 5×10^(-5)g/mL chlorpromazine hydrochloride is obtained (n=11) with the sample throughput of (36/h.) The recommended method has been applied to the determination of chlorpromazine hydrochloride in tablet and injection with satisfactory results.
