摘要
通过对新城交通规划特点的分析,提出了新城交通规划的目标和将交通规划与城市 规划相结合的规划新方法,分析了城市规划与交通规划的互动性及两者实施的相互约束关系。
Through characteristic analysis of traffic planning for new city, complementarity and relativity between city planning and traffic's during their executions, a kind of new method, that is to combine traffic planning's target for new city with urban planning, is put forward.
