引黄南干线工程在向太原供水区供水的同时,利用富余供水能力可向晋中平川区供水。文中通过对晋中市现状水价和承受能力的分析,提出了降低供水水价的措施。

On the premise of supplying water for Taiyuan,the redundant water of the South Main Line of YRDP can be used in Jinzhong plain region.By the analysis of current water price and bearing capacity of Jinzhong,the measure of how to decrease the water price is brought forward in the paper.
