三峡左岸电站VGS水轮机基础环/座环现场加工

Base-ring and frame-ring field processing for VGS water turbine in Three Gorges Left Powerhouse

三峡左岸电站共安装14台单机容量为700MW的水轮发电机组,其中6台为VGS联营体供货,其余8台为ALSTOM供货。由于VGS机组座环尺寸大(Φ14492×4265mm)、重量重(约382t),只有在现场组焊后进行现场加工。本文根据2号机组基础环/座环的现场加工,阐述了大尺寸座环的现场加工工艺,并总结了部分经验供大家参考。

Fourteen 700MW water turbine generator sets are installed in Three Gorges Left Powerhouse. Six of them are provided by VGS Integrated Entity, other eight by ALSTOM. Because of large dimension(Φ14492×4265mm) and heavy weight(382t), the frame-ring must be processed after welding on site. In this paper, the processing tech- nique of the frame-ring of Unit 2 is introduced so as to refer.
