研究堆用自然循环阀样机实验验证

摘要 自然循环阀是研究堆停堆后利用自然循环方式实现堆芯余热排除的重要设备之一。研究堆用自然循环阀采用了特殊本体结构和10.5m长的远传操纵杆,以满足堆用自然循环阀的性能要求。为获得自然循环阀真实的阻力特性,并验证其动作可靠性,在模拟实验回路上对自然循环阀样机的密封性能、水力特性和操作机构可靠性进行了实验验证。结果表明:研究堆用自然循环阀样机性能及其可靠性满足了工程设计要求。 The natural circulation valve of Research reactor is one of the key facilities to remove the residual heat under the condition of natural circulation after the research reactor is shut down. The special structure and remote operation rod with 10.5 m length is adopted to meet the requirement on flow resistance and operation performance in the reactor. In order to obtain the practical resistance character of natural valve and confirmation reliability of natural valve, the experiment on seal performance, hydraulic performance and reliability of the valve are carried out in simulation test loop. The experimental results show that the valve can meet all design requirement on research reactor facility.
