技术性贸易壁垒已成为影响国际贸易发展的重要因素,我国屡遭其他国家特别是发达国家技术性贸易壁垒的限制。在关税税率不断隆低和非关税壁垒不断拆除的情况下,技术性贸易壁垒已成为发达国家保护国内市场的主要手段。在今后很长一段时期内,技术性贸易壁垒将成为我国出口贸易中面临最多突破的贸易壁垒。

Technical trade barriers have become a major factor affecting the development of international trade.Chinese export is now often hindered by restrictions of technical trade barriers from other countries,particularly from developed countries.As the tariffs are being reduced and non-tariff barriers removed,technical trade barriers have become a major means for developed countries to protect their domestic markets.In a long period to come,technical trade barriers will become the trade barriers confronting Chinese export trade which are the most difficult to break through.
