摘要
本文提出一种用于知识基医学辅助诊断系统构造的原型系统设计方案,它采用产生式规则表达临床诊断知识和专家经验,并利用这些知识进行推理。系统控制结构的合理设计使之能对多个诊断结论的推理过程进行统一规划,逐步求精地逼近最终诊断。本文还就低层数据交互、人机界面、推理结论的可解释性等若干基础研究方面的设计进行了探讨。所研究的知识基原型系统设计方案,可用于构造具有人类专家经验的智能化医学诊断和监护系统的结构设计。这项研究是新一代医学仪器的一个发展方向。
<ABSTRACT>
In the paper, a prototype system design approach is stated for constr-
ucting knowledge--based medical auxiliary diagnostic systems. Clinical dia-
gnostic knowledge and medical expertise are represented and organized in
the form of production rules, which are used for deduction by system co-
ntrol mechanism. The rational control mechanism ensures that the deduct-
ive machine could seek unified schedule of a number of problem-solving
procedures, and come to the final diagnosis step by step. Some fundame-
ntal aspects concerned with knowledge--based systems, such as data intera-
ction, interface between operators and systems, explanation for deductive
conclusion, are also studied in the paper.
The prototype system design method could be used to guide architect-
ure design for intelligent medical monitor or diagnostic system, which is
an important development direction of modern tnedical instrumentation.
