摘要 在过去的三十年中,学者们运用MBI、MBI-GS和BM针对工作倦怠的结构问题开展了大量研究,取得了丰硕的研究成果,其中一些研究支持工作倦怠的三因素结构,但也有一些研究支持工作倦怠具有二因素结构。 In the past thirty years, researchers have made a lot of studies on the construct of job burnout using MBI, MBI-GS and BM. Great progress has been made. Some studies seem to support the three-factor structure; others provide the support for the two-factor structure.
