摘要
利用活体应变传感技术进行了豚鼠左前肢肱骨应变测量。测点在肱骨中段外侧中点处,结果表明沿肱骨轴向应变皆为压应变。在麻醉后苏醒过程中,由肌肉收缩引起的最大压应变可达508με。正常行走时,步速为3.57步/秒,峰值压应变最大为160με,最小为63.3με,均值为99.7με,应变率为676.2με/s。经笼中运动训练两个月的豚鼠,在笼中运动时应变和应变率与正常行走时相同。而豚鼠初次在笼中运动(未受训练)时的应变和应变率与正常行走时有明显差别。
<ABSTRACT>
This paper is concerned with strain measurement of left humerus of
cavia porcellus in vivo. The strains of lateral midpoint were measured
in the middle 1/3 of humerus. The results show: the strain was comp-
ressive in axial direction and caused by muscle contraction to the ex-
tent of the 508με. In normal gait (3.57step/sec), the maximum and mi-
numum compressive strains were 160 and 63.3με (average 99. 74με ) with
strain rate of 676. 2με/sec. After cavia porcellus is trained for two mo-
nthes in cage, the humerus strain of motion in cage was the same as in
normal gait, while the strain and strain rate of motion in cage before
training was greatly different from those in normal gait.
