HPLC法测定茜芷胶囊中欧前胡素的含量

Determination of imperatorin in Qianzhi capsules by HPLC

目的 建立茜芷胶囊中欧前胡素的含量测定方法。方法 茜芷胶囊用石油醚 ( 60～ 90℃ )超声提取。以甲醇 水 乙酸胺 ( 70∶30∶0 .5 )为流动相 ,在检测波长 2 5 4nm ,流速 0 .8ml·min- 1 条件下 ,采用高效液相色谱法测定茜芷胶囊中欧前胡素的含量。结果 在 0 .0 0 5 2～ 0 .0 5 2 g·L- 1 范围内线性关系良好(r =0 .9991 ) ,线性方程为y =675 367.0 1x - 367.41。平均回收率为 98.63%,RSD =0 .82 %(n =5 )。 结论 用HPLC法测定茜芷胶囊中欧前胡素的含量 ,其方法简便、快速 ,结果可靠、准确 ,可作为欧前胡素的含量测定方法。

Objective A HPLC method was established for the determination of imperatorin in Qianzhi capsules. Methods The sample was extracted with petroleum ether (60～90℃) through supersonic wave.The solution was filtered and then evaporated in water bath.The residues were dissolved with methanol and determined by HPLC with a mobile phase of methanol water ammonium acetate(70∶30∶0.5),flowing rates was 0.8 mL·min -1 Detecting wavelength was 254 nm. Results The standard curve was linear in the ranges of 0.0052～0.052 g·L -1 .The average recovery was 98.63%, RSD =0.82%( n =5). Conclusion The method is convenient,rapid and accurate,it can be used as the method of determining imperatorin in this capsules.
